In our newest series, Spotlight on Women, we highlight the hard work of women in the defense industry and the organizations that support them. Today’s focus is on the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) International and the Chair of their Board of Directors, DeEtte Gray.
DeEtte Gray is an active member in the defense community. Along with serving as the Chair of AFCEA International Board of Directions, Ms. Gray is also the President of Business and Information Technology Solutions for CACI International Inc after having served as CACI’s President of US Operations, BAE Systems’ Intelligence and Security division, and Vice President of Enterprise Information Technology Solutions for Information Systems and Global Services-Defense at Lockheed Martin. She is known for her modernization efforts, technology innovations, developing strong customer relationships, and creating a productive and welcoming culture in her workplace. Ms. Gray has a wealth of experience that she brings to the defense industry and the teams she helps lead.
AFCEA supports women not only in their top levels of leadership, but all women in the industry, including in a variety of programs, such as their Women in STEM series, the Women’s Appreciation Event in conjunction with AFCEA/USNI West, Women in the Workforce: A Journey in STEM, Women Networking, and the Women’s Appreciation Awards.
